The opportunity
One potential territory. One successful bidder.
Potential territory-wide distribution rights
If awarded and maintained under a definitive agreement, your distribution rights may cover an entire approved territory, not merely a single site or city.
One approved distributor per territory
While awarded distribution rights remain active and in good standing under a definitive agreement, the applicable terms may restrict other participants from receiving overlapping distribution rights in the same territory.
Specified Sierra Energy support
Distribution-related and technical support from Sierra Energy will be available as specified in the applicable definitive agreement.
Low commitment to enter
Bidding is designed to be simple. Winning does not itself require you to build.
No development required
Keep any awarded distribution rights active by paying the applicable annual fee and complying with the applicable definitive agreement. You are not required to build solely because you place a winning bid.
Your identity stays private
Your name and company are not shown publicly to other bidders through the TechPipe™ bidding interface, whether you win or lose.
Proxy bidding, built in
Set your maximum bid once. The TechPipe™ platform's proxy-bidding feature is designed to bid for you only as needed to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum bid.
No deposit required
No deposit is required to place a bid or participate in an auction, unless the applicable opportunity terms state otherwise.
The technology
FastOx gasification technology
FastOx is a pressurized, oxygen-blown gasification system, operating slightly above atmospheric pressure, that converts carbon-containing feedstock into syngas. Syngas (synthesis gas) is composed primarily of hydrogen (H₂) and carbon monoxide (CO), produced by the partial conversion of carbon-containing feedstocks. With some pre-processing and limits on the feed mix, it is designed to accept a wide range of waste streams: municipal solid waste, biomass, industrial residues, and more.
That syngas can be processed into electricity, hydrogen, renewable natural gas, sustainable aviation fuel, or other high-value products. Designed to produce vitrified inert stone rather than hazardous bottom ash or dioxins & furans. The system is modular, scalable, and designed to operate in dense urban or rural settings.
